Pastor Jeff Bean is the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church, New Baltimore. He has been the Senior Pastor at First Baptist since October of 2009. He has been a member of First Baptist for many years and since September 1996 served as a bi-vocational Associate Pastor in charge of various activities including Outreach and Youth Ministries. Prior to surrendering to full time ministry Pastor Jeff was an engineer at TRW Automotive for 27 years. Pastor Jeff received is Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1993 and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1979. He has been married to his wife Peggy for 33 years and has 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
Pastor Jeff Bean
Steven joined the staff at FBC New Baltimore in 2002. He was born in Tennessee and spent part of his childhood in the Lexington Kentucky area. As a teenager, his father, a Baptist pastor, was called to a church in Dearborn Michigan. Steven started piano lessons at 10 years old and graduated with a piano performance degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1986. In 2010, Steven surrendered his life to full time ministry with plans to attend Seminary as soon as possible. Steven is married to Donna, who is currently the Nurse Lead for the Electronic Medical Record Deployment at Hurley Hospital in Flint. She is also the Prayer Ministry Director for First Baptist. They have two children, Cassandra, recently married to Steve Corp, and Brantley, who will be graduating from high school in 2011. Steven leads Praise and Worship for FBC, as well as directs the choir and both the Christmas and Easter Drama productions. Steven also enjoys creating art work for sermon illustrations and various church events.

Brenda Foster is the Administrative Assistant for First Baptist Church, New Baltimore and has been a member since 2006. Brenda was born and raised in the Chicago area before moving to Clay Township in 2006 with her husband due to a job transfer. She previously was a Human Resource Manager for over 25 years at a major Bank in Chicago. She has been married to her husband Michael for 30 years and has two children and two grandchildren.

Sue Malbouef is the Youth Director (Grades 7 through 12) of FBC. She has been in this position since August of 2010 but has worked with youth in various ministries for many years. Sue has been a member of FBC since 1979 and has held several different leadership positions in the church over the past 20 years. She is supported by her husband Jeff. They have been married for 21 years and have 2 children, a son in college and a daughter in high school. She truly enjoys working with teenagers and thrives on their enthusiasm to learn about and serve our Lord Jesus Christ. She has several adults working with her to make the FBC youth group a safe, fun, God-seeking, place to be.
